This study combined with the theory to introduce the content, the purpose of fixed asses control. Then combined with the case of Yongqiang company to analysis the assets control including the budget, the authorization approval and the daily control system. Analysis the problems and the reasons within the fixed assets control based on financial data and the index, including the lack of awareness, the imperfect of the control, the asset improper, and the defect of the authorization and the supervision. Finally, make the countermeasures in order to promote the fixed assets control based on the control consciousness, the system, use the idle assets and strong the supervision and the evaluation. Keywords Fixed assets; Management system; Effective 前 言 国内外学者对于固定资产管理的研究比较丰富，但是每一个企业的固定资产实际情况、管理的环境与调节都是不同的。因此，在企业发展中需要更多地结合自身实际情况选择和优化固定资产管理方案。本文选用的永强股份就是比较特殊的民营户外用品制造企业，在发展中固定资产总额比较高，但是总体上固定资产管理的效果还有待提升。 本文研究结
