北京市9所中学学生伤害危险行为分析 　　 　　analysis on the risk behaviors related to injury among students of nine middle schools in bei ___g/ 　　 　　 　　wang junli, sun xiaofang, zhang lan. 　　 　　 　　school health care institute of xicheng district, bei ___g(100037), china 　　【abstract】 objective to study the risk behaviors related to injury among students of nine middle schools in bei ___g, and to provide theoretical bases for preventing and controlling adolescents injury. methods an anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 2 017 students in nine middle schools in bei ___g. results about 40.8% of the students violated traffic rules when riding bicycles, 8.0% of them violated traffic rules while crossing the street on foot, 3.6% of them swam in noswimming area, 3.0% of them skated in noskating area, the rate of fighting was 19.8%; 9.5% of them had often been bullied. about 6.4% of them felt unsafe on the way home or go to school, 13.9% of them felt lonely, 13.1% of them had suicidal ideation, 7.4% of them had suicidal plans, 30.3% of them had the ideas of running away from home, 4.7% of them had tried to run away from home. the risk behaviors related to injury were different in different families, schools and genders. conclusion in view of middle school students different characteristic, the society, the school, the guardian and the students must be cooperate to prevent and control injuries. 　　【key words】 wounds and injuries;dangerous behavior;loneliness;suicide;students 　　 　　 　　伤害是发达国家和多数发展中国家儿童少年的第一位死因，是世界范围令人高度关注的公共卫生问题［1-2］。儿童、青少年的伤害是完全可以预防的，而且成本效果较好［3］。笔者针对xx年3月北京市青少年健康危险行为监测中的西城区有关伤害调查数据进行了分析，以期为预防和控制中学生伤害的发生提供理论依据。现报道如下。 　　 　　 　　1.1 对象 选取北京市西城区重点、普通和职业中学共9所，以初一至高三学生2 017名为调查对象，全部回收问卷，其中有效问卷2 008份，有效率为99.55%。男、女生各1 004名，平均年龄（14.99±2.59）岁。 　　 　　 　　1.2 方法 按《北京市青少年健康危险行为监测方案》的要求，采用“中国青少年健康危险行为监测问卷”，于xx年3月对观察对象进行集体自填匿名问卷调查。教师回避，由经过统一培训的卫生专业人员担任调查员。收集资料时剔除未回答性别或回答项目缺失20%以上的不合格问卷。 　　 　　 　　1.3 统计学处理 调查数据进行双录入,采用epidata 3.1建立数据库，利用spss 11.5统计软件，采用χ2检验等方法进行分析。
