For example: Epidermis…Dermis layer has plenty of nerve ending , transacting harmful somatic sentation, such as pain. Therefore, a superficial degree burn injuries caused severe pain. In the contrary, a deep degree burn injuries can be painless. Subcutaneous lay is filled with loose and soft fat tissue, to protect deep tissues. Therefore, unlike the infection in dermis, when infection happens in subcutaneous lays(cellulitis), it can spread easily and hard to control. * * Deep fascia is the deepest layer of soft issue. It include artery, vein and lymphatic structures and muscles. When speaking of the soft tissue infection, the deep fascia is also called necrotizing fascia, indicating the severity of infection when infection occur in this layer. Severe symptomatatic toxicity often present, why ? First , let’s take a look at the STIs, A STIs can be classifed into open/ close.
