1外国人就业登记表是指拟聘请外国人工作的单位与具有就业 资格的外国人在签订劳动合同后，至聊目关机关进行就业登记的文
书。
夕卜国人就业登记表的主要内容包括：外国人的基本情况；外国 人以前的职业情况；聘用单位的情况；从事的职业；外国人的就业 许可证号码及发证机构；护照号码及有关情况；外国人在中国的联 系方式等。
2.制作文书应当注意的问题是：
该文书由用人单位在被聘用外国人入境 15日内填写。
