山东理工大学本科毕业论文 摘 要 金融是经济的命脉，而银行在金融体系中有举足轻重的作用，加强对银行 的监管意义重大。 2008年的金融危机暴露出金融系统的诸多问题，也引发了人 们对影子银行的关注，探究影子银行的运作机制，加强对影子银行的监管成为 规范金融系统的重要举措。健康运行的影子银行系统有助于增强金融系统的稳 定性与灵活性，降低和控制各类风险。 本文从影子银行的概念和运行机制入手，分析了影子银行对经济运行的宏 微观作用，着重探讨了影子银行的风险情况及监管现状，在此基础上提出了加 强对于影子银行监管的建议。 关键词： 影子银行，风险，监管 Abstract Finance is the lifeblood of the economy, and banks play an important role in financial system. So it’s important to strengthen the supervision of banks. 2008 financial crisis has exposed the many problems the financial system, but also raised the specter of shadow banking concern, to explore the operation of the shadow banking system, strengthen the supervision of the shadow banking system as an important measure for regulating financial. Healthy operation of the shadow banking system helps to strengthen the financial system stability and flexibility, reduce and control the various risks. In this paper, we introduces the concept and operation of the shadow banking system, Then we analyzes the shadow banking on the role of macro and micro economic operation. We focused on the shadow banking risks and regulatory status quo, in this based on the proposal for strengthening the proposal for the shadow banking supervision.
