稳心颗粒与比索洛尔联用治疗老年冠心病室性早搏的疗效.docVIP

【摘要】 目的：观察稳心颗粒与比索洛尔联用治疗老年冠心病室性早搏的疗效。方法：95例老年冠心病患者被随机分为稳心颗粒加比索洛尔组(A组，36例)、比索洛尔组(B组，31例)、稳心颗粒组(C组，28例)，观察治疗前后临床症状和心律失常改善情况及不良反应。 结果：治疗前后动态心电图观察对比：A组总有效率为91.67%(33例)，显著高于B组的70.97%(22例)，C组的71.43%(20例)，P均0.05，B组的总有效率与C组的比较无显著性差异(P0.05);治疗后临床症状改善情况：A组(94.44%)显著高于B组(77.42%)、C组(78.57%)，P均0.05;B组的与C组的比较则无显著性差异(P0.05)。结论：稳心颗粒与比索洛尔联用治疗老年冠心病室性早搏的疗效明显优于各自单用的疗效。 【关键词】 比索洛尔;冠状动脉疾病;心律失常 　Therapeutic effect of Wenxin granule combined with bisoprolol on ventricular premature beat in aged patients with coronary heart disease/ PAN Yongdong, JIANG Bo, WANG Shuqing// Department of Cardiology, The First People′s Hospital of Qiqihaer City, Qiqihaer, Heilongjiang, 161000, China 　　Abstract：Objective:Explore the effect of Wenxin granule combined with bisoprolol on ventricular premature beat(VPB) in aged patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:The 95 aged CHD patients with VPB were randomly divided into 3 groups: Wenxin Granule + bisoprolol group (group A, 36 cases)，bisoprolol group (group B, 31 cases), and Wenxin granule group (group C, 28 cases).The clinical symptoms and VPB before and after were observed.Results:Compared with Holter monitoring electrocardiogram before and after showed that the total effective rate of group A, was 91.67% (33 cases), it was significantly more than that of group B(70.97%,22 cases)and group C (20 cases, 71.43%), P0.05 all, but there was no significant difference between group B and group C(P0.05).After treatment, the improvement of clinical symptoms of group A was 94.44%, it was also significantly more than that of group B(77.42%)and group C(78.57%), P0.05 all,but there was also no significant difference between group B and group C(P0.05).Conclusion:The effective rate of Wenxin granule combine with bisoprolol is significantly better than those of their alone in aged patients with coronary heart disease and ventricular premature beat. 　　Key words：Bisoprolol;Coronary artery disease;Arrhythmia 　　室性心律失常是临床非常常见的心律失常，尤其易发于冠心病心肌缺血患者，轻者可引起心悸、胸闷、焦虑等不适，严重者
