慢性幽门螺杆菌感染及根除对胃黏 膜炎症和肠上皮化生的影响 【摘要】目的探讨幽门螺杆菌慢性感 染及根除对胃黏膜炎症和肠上皮化生的影 响。方法 随访120例5年前感染的患者， 其中68例行根除治疗的为治疗组，52例未 完成治疗或仅接受对症治疗的为对照组， 分 析对比其前后感染情况，胃黏膜炎症及 IM 的变化。结果5年后，对照组中41/52例仍 为阳性；治疗组中52/68例为阴性，成功根 除的患者慢性胃炎严重程度明显减轻， 胃炎 活动性检出率明显减少， 与对照组持续感染 者比较，差异有显着性，胃黏膜萎缩和肠化 生的程度也显着减轻。结论 感染与胃黏膜 活动性炎症关系非常密切， 根除可以减轻胃 黏膜的炎症程度和IM程度，防止IM的发生。 【关键词】 幽门螺杆菌； 慢性感染； 胃 炎；肠上皮化生 [Abstract 】Objective To investigate the effect of chronic Helicobacter pylori () infection and its eradication on the development of gastric mucosa inflammation and intestinal Total 120 cases of infection for five years were analysed , by contrasting their changes of infection , gastric mucosa inflammation and intestinal metaplasia(IM) , amongwhich a treatment group of 68 cases received eradication and a control group of 52 cases were not Five years later , in control group , 41 patients remained positive (%) , while in treatment group , 52 patients showed Hp negative (%) , their chronic inlammation of the gastric mucosa were greatly improved , the active information reduced obviously and atrophic gastritis as well as intestinal metaplasia decreased significantly , Thus, the difference between the two groups was significant .Conclusion infection is closely related with active inflammation of gastric mucosa.
