小学中高段英语课堂学生学习机会公平研究 摘 要 小学生获得学习机会的主要来源就是课堂，小学中高段英语课堂学生学习机 会公平研究既是推进小学教育公平的现实需要，也是提高小学教育质量的重要组 成部分。本研究聚焦于小学中高段英语课堂，研究小学中高段英语课堂学生学习 机会的现状，据此考察小学生学习机会公平问题，提升小学英语课堂的教育公平。 为了解小学中高段英语课堂学生学习机会获得的情况，选取Q小学作为研究对象， 对Q小学中高段的英语课堂进行观察记录，结合对Q小学部分英语教师的访谈， 深入分析小学生获得的学习机会公平状况。 本研究以费西金的机会分类为基础，将学习机会分为资格类学习机会、物品 类学习机会和发展类学习机会，以罗尔斯正义原则为标准，具体从性别、职务、 学业水平、座位编排、教学材料、教师提问、小组活动以及教师评价与反馈等方 面分析小学生学习机会获得的公平性。研究发现：（1）小学生个人能力和成绩越 高，获得的资格类学习机会越多；（2）小学生班级位置和周围氛围越好，获得的 物品类学习机会越多；（3）教师教学技能和课堂组织能力越高，小学生获得的发 展类学习机会越多；（4）小学中高段英语课堂学生学习机会公平受教师个人、学 生自身、学校考核制度和社会环境的影响。结合Q小学英语教师的教学实践，提 出五个建议以促进小学生英语学习机会公平，分别是：（1）增设英语学科的职务 或实行 “轮岗制”，促进资格类学习机会公平；（2）编排 “英语课专坐”或定期 换位，提升物品类学习机会公平；（3）提高教师教学技能和课堂组织能力，促进 发展类学习机会公平；（4）提升教师公平意识，优化学校考核制度；（5）改善社 会环境，树立正确教师价值观。 关键词：小学英语课堂；学习机会；学习机会公平 I A STUDY ON EQUITY OF LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THEMIDDLEAND HIGH GRADESOFPRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTSIN ENGLISH CLASSES ABSTRACT The main source of learning opportunities for primary school students is the classes.
