目 录 1 新疆生产建设兵团 88 团退耕还林的现状分析 晁毅 指导老师： 摘要 ：本文从新疆生产建设兵团 88 团的实际情况出发，通过实地 调查，在掌握当地现有自然环境、社会经济状况及发展管理模式的基 础上，分析其退耕还林现状及在发展退耕还林过程中出现的问题，以 及对当地产生的影响，最后提出相应的解决措施，即加大宣传力度，明 确林地权属；积极调整产业结构，努力培育后续产业；加大科技推广力 度，努力提高工程科技含量；拓宽投 渠道，积极落实工程建设前期费 用；加强退耕还林地病虫鼠害防治。 关键字：退耕还林；模式；新疆生产建设兵团 Analysis on the Converting Cropland to Forest of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps 88 Regiment Chao yi Tutor ： Abstract ：Based on the method of field survey, this paper first has a brief introduction of the local natural environment and the existing social economic status of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps 88 Regiment, then focuses on the analysis of its converting cropland to forest process, and points out its problems. This paper also puts forward some 1 solutions at the end, which are strengthening broadcast and clear woodlands, adjusting the industrial structures, cultivating follow-up industry, improving technological content, broadening investment, preventing and controling the insect and mice. Key words ： Converting cropland to forest; model; Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps 农五师八十八团位于西北边陲、博尔塔拉蒙古自治州温泉县境内， 风沙，冰雹，寒潮等自然灾害严重。建团初期，由于进行了过度农业开 发，使团场区域内荒漠化植被遭受严重破坏，在一定程度上破坏了自 然的生态平衡。对土地、水 源的过度开发利用和林业发展速度的迟 缓，导致土壤风蚀和土地沙漠化演变进程加剧，耕地“三化” （退耕化、 沙化、盐渍化）普遍发生，每年春季扬沙、沙尘暴的天数和程度成倍增 加。生态环境极为脆弱的现状 ，已经危及到该地区职工的生存，制约 着团场的经济发展。为了实现农五师八十八团经济和社会的可持续发 展，进一步减轻风沙、水土流失造成的各种自然灾害的危害，就必须 进行大规模的造林种草，以提高边境山区的植被覆盖率，退耕还林工 [ ] 程的实施是该区生态建设的必然 1 。 1 八十八团发展退耕还林的自然环境状况 1.1 区域位置 2 农
