Ask students to read and fill in the table in Activity ① on page 42. Remind them to apply the reading skills. II. Work in pairs. Ask students to look at the train and bus timetable in Activity ②, decide which train they will choose if they want to go out and state their reasons. Encourage students to express their own ideas as supplements. Reading presentation I. Present three pictures of hotel on Page 87. Ask students to look at them and guess: What kinds of hotel they are? II. Tell students they are going to learn more interesting hotels. III. Instruct students to read the passages on Page 43. Remind students of the reading skill: scanning for a gist. Answer the questions: Which railway is the world’s highest railway line? When and where was the railway built that goes to the top of a volcano built? Who developed the word’s first super bus? II. Play the tape and ask students to listen. Extension activity I. Show the students some pictures you have taken during your travel. Tell them your travel and your feelings or stories about the experience. II. Ask the students to form into groups, write down their experience of going to some places. Some students are responsible for looking up new words, some are responsible for the grammar and phrases, the others try to make the article look better. Then, choose one s
