幼儿教师工作压力现状的研究 摘 要 这些年来，笔者一直在进行的工作就是教书育人。而在教学的过程中，有不少的 教学人员都感到了压力和一定的职业责任感，而这种源自于思想层面的压力和危机感 仍然在不断地增加，因为现如今的幼儿园的教学工作的压力过大，让不少教师感到压 力大,可以对他们的心情和心理健康产生较大的影响。通过对教师的观察，可以发现他 们的职业幸福感指数较低，在教学过程中很多教师表示对岗位的厌倦感。所以，笔者 在本文中通过对幼儿教师的发展现状的分析和研究，从学校，社会和个人等层面，提 出了解决的建议。本文通过对幼儿教师压力的来源以及如何解决幼儿教师的工作思想 压力和来自职业的危机感的梳理。在此基础之上，与幼儿教师工作压力身心反应状况 和幼儿教师压力以及压力的反应关系进行比较和分析，发现幼儿教师教书育人的教学 过程中存在的问题。通过对幼儿教师压力的分析，和幼儿教师工作压力的身心反应的 阐述，对幼儿教师的具体解压实践进行指导；更好的更积极的解决幼儿教师的工作压 力。 关键词：幼儿教师; 工作压力; 压力源; 应对策 ABSTRACT Over the years, I have been conducting job is teaching.
