我国商业银行与资本市场资金良性互动关系的研究  我国商业银行与资本市场资金良性互动关系的研究      摘要：商业银行与资本市场资金良性互动，不仅会为商业银行和资本市场的发展提供源源 不断的资金支持，而且对于金融体系的现代化发展也起着巨大的推动作用。本文通过对我国 商业银行与资本市场资金互动发展过程及现状的阐述，分析影响我国商业银行与资本市场资 金良性互动因素，提出应从发展资本市场、鼓励商业银行创新以及推动商业银行与资本市场 合作三个方面发展我国商业银行与资本市场资金良性互动。      关键词：商业银行 资本市场 良性互动            Research for benign and interdynamic fund of the capital market and the business bank of our country      Abstract ：The benign and inter-dynamic of the business bank and capital market fund, will not merely offer the financial support continually for development of the business bank and capital market, but also develops and plays enormous impetus to the modernization of the financial system.
