轻钢龙骨石膏罩面板隔墙施工工艺标准(915-1996)（Construction process standard of diaphragm wall of light steel keel gypsum panel (915-1996)）
This technological standard is applicable to the installation of diaphragm wall of light steel keel in industrial and civil construction.
Construction preparation:
2.1 materials and main equipment:
2.1.1 light steel keel: currently, the light steel keel used in the partition works mainly has the support card series keel and the pass-through series keel. The main part of light steel keel has the edge along the ground keel, strengthen keel, vertical (horizontal) to keel, horizontal brace keel. Light steel keel accessories have support card, cato, Angle bracket, fittings, fixed parts, Angle, pressure seam. The configuration of the light steel keel should meet the design requirements. Keel should have product quality certificate. The keel appearance should be smooth, the corners erect, the transition Angle and the cutting edge do not allow for the crack and burr, the wheat flour must not have serious pollution, corrosion and mechanical damage.
2.1.2 fastening materials: nail, expansion bolt, galvanized self-tapping screw (2mm thick gypsum board with 25mm long screws, two-layer 12mm thick gypsum board with 35mm long screws), wood screws, etc., should meet the design requirements.
2. L. 3 filling materials: glass wool, mineral wool board, rock wool board, etc., according to the design requirements.
2.1.4 plasterboard: paper plasterboard should be qualified for product certification. Specifications shall conform to the requirements of design drawings. General specifications are as follows:
Length: determine according to the project;
Width: 1200mm, 900mm;
Thickness: 9.5 mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 25mm. The usual one is 12mm.
2.1.5 seam materials: seams, fiberglass strips (cloth) and 107 adhesive.
2.1.5.1 WKF jointing putty: the compressive strength 3.0 MPa, the anti-bending strength 1.5 MPa, the end time 0.5 h.
2.1.5.2 alkali glass fiber and fiberglass mesh
