GUILIN UNIVERSITY OF ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY 毕业设计说明书 题 目： 洗衣机水位传感器支座产品设计 及注塑模设计 学 院： 机电工程学院 专 业： 机械设计与制造及自动化 学生： 学 号： 姓 名： 叶东 职 称： 副教授 题目类型： 理论研究 实验研究 工程设计 工程技术研究 软件开发 2012年 5 月 15 日 摘要 本说明书在结合了传统的机械设计后，把 CAD/CAM 技术应用到注塑模具的设计 上，在 CAD 系统中实现了模型和注塑模具的设计。本文还介绍了我国当前模具技术的 发展状况以及 CAD/CAM 在模具上的应用，其中包括 AUTOCAD ，PRO/E 和 UG 等。 首先介绍了塑料及塑料工业的发展现状、发展趋势和塑料成型在工业生产中的重要性， 接着粗略地介绍了热塑性塑料的注射成型工艺特点和需要考虑的因素， 最后较为概要地 介绍了玩具小汽车壳体模具设计的整个过程的思路和要点，包括零件分析、选择注射机 和模具相关系统、数据的计算与选择等等，而主要的机械部分设计，其容包括塑料注塑 模具的工作原理及应用，设计准则，塑料注塑模的设计计算，包括模具结构设计，注塑 机的选用，浇注系统的设计，动、定模，浇注系统，脱模机构，顶出机构，冷却系统等 方面。还有，如何选择、确定要求的参数，以及出现问题时又该怎样解决等。可以说在 本说明书中，整个注塑模的设计过程基本上都有介绍。虽然粗略，但可以这样说，对于 注塑模具设计来说，它总体上应该是要点较为完整了。总之，模具技术的发展应该为适 应模具产品“交货期短”、“精度高”、“质量好”、“价格低”的要求服务。 关键词：注塑模；型芯；型腔；侧抽芯；注射机；浇注系统 Abstract In this statement, the CAD / CAM technology is used in the design of the injection mold under the combination with the traditional mechanical design, and it implements the design of the model and the injection mold in the CAD system.
