It should be re-examined and discussed from the application model， the updated content and the technical means used. In order to solve problems such as complicated resources， mismatch between supply and demand， inadequate evaluation mechanism， and lack of instructional design， it is necessary to find a solution in accordance with the requirements of the times. Relevant parties should adopt an effective resource management mechanism to match supply and demand， and each region should carry out resource construction according to its own characteristics and establish specifications. The evaluation and review mechanism should be established to promote a virtuous circle of resources and meet the needs of teaching to carry out curriculum design， so that the construction of educational resources will gradually develop towards precision and intelligence， which will be matched with the needs of learners. Key Words： the era of wisdom; educational resources; resource development; information technology 0 引言 智慧時代云计算、物联网、大数据、移动互联网等技术飞速发展，为社会发展增添了强劲动力。在教育领域，信息技术为教育创造了共享的优质学习资源、便捷的学习支持服务、实用性强的学习平台、新型的教学方式等，为开放与终身学习提供了丰富的条件支撑，为建设“人人皆学、处处能学、时时可学”的学习型社会创造了条件。智慧时代教育资源建设为远程教育、开放教育、终身教育的持续发展奠定了基础，为其发展跃升提供了更大可能。新时代赋予了教育新使命，优质资源共建共享助力教育资源均衡分布，为促进教育公平找到
