浅析如何提升上海世茂佘山艾美酒店的员工满意度 摘 要： 员工满意度是衡量现代酒店人力资源管理成功与否的一个重要指标，它 将直接影响员工流动率及工作绩效。 近年来， 酒店业员工流动率偏高、 生产效率 偏低等现象日益严重。 如何提高员工满意度，成为业界人力资源管理的核心问题。 本研究以上海艾美酒店的员工为研究对象 , 旨在对本酒店员工的满意度现状进行 分析研究。 在分析酒店员工满意度管理必要性的基础上， 分析了上海世茂佘山艾 美酒店员工满意度及其管理的现状， 并进一步论述了酒店员工满意度管理存在的 问题，提出了完善酒店员工满意度管理的一系列对策及建议。 关键词 ：上海世茂佘山艾美酒店 人力资源 员工满意度 Analysis of how to Improve Employee Satisfaction Of Sheshan Lemeridien,shangh Abstract Employee satisfaction is a measure of modern hotel human resources management if the management success or not as an important indicator. It will directly affect employee turnover and job performance. In recent years, high turnover of hotel staff, low productivity is increasing. How to improve the employee satisfaction is becoming to the human resource management industrys core issues. In this study, with the staff of Sheshan Lemeridien, Shanghai as the research object. Designed for the hotel stasff analysis of the present situation satisfaction study.
