高水平理工科大学学科建设路径研究 冉继龙 李伟琼 摘 要 当前，我国高等教育正在进入普及化进程，不管中央还是地方都对高校发展制定了改革方案，进行了顶层设计。高水平理工科大学建设就是广东经济发展进入新常态、实施创新驱动发展战略的重大需求。因此，如何既能冲击高水平理工科大学，又能遵循高等教育基本规律、实现内涵发展、创新发展、特色发展，是高水平理工科大学面临的关键性难题。本文认为，高水平学科建设是高水平理工科大学建设的核心所在，差异化发展战略是高水平理工科大学建设的根本方向，高水平学科团队是高水平理工科大学建设的基本范式，哲学社会科学繁荣是高水平理工科大学建设的应有之义，高水平国际交流与合作是高水平理工科大学建设的必由之路。 关键词 高水平理工科大学 学科建设 路径 Abstract At present， Chinas higher education is entering the process of popularization. Both the central and local governments have formulated reform plans and carried out top-level design for the development of colleges and universities. The construction of High-level University of Science and Engineering is the important demand for Guangdongs economic development to enter the new normal state and implement the strategy of innovation-driven development. Therefore， it is a key problem for High-level Universities of Science and Engineering that how to not only impact high-level universities of science and engineering， but also follow the basic Law of higher education and realize connotation development， innovation development and characteristic development. The paper holds that the construction of high-level disciplines is the core of the construction of High-level Universities of Science and Engineering， and the differentiation development strategy is the fundamental direction of the construction of High-level Universities of Science and Engineering， the high-level discipline team is the basic paradigm of the construction of High-level Universities of Science and Engineering ， and the prosperity of philosophy and social sciences is the due meaning of the construction of High-level Universities of Science and Engineering and High-level International Exchange and cooperation are the way for the construction of high-level universities of science and engineering.
