This article pointed out that China Railway Construction Group must implement a diversified development strategy pluming to ease the pressure of competition, avoid operational risks，and maintain sustainable development; taken the general contract of housing construction as the main business, enhance the level of general contractor further; expand investment, financing，consulting and design business actively to form the general contractor ability gradually; enhance real estate development, business operations md resoin-ce integration skills，develop in direction of diversified engineering production, become a project general contractor with the international competitive ability in the position of cross-boundary, multi-field and collectivization.
