As a key sector of modern logistics, the modern air transportation is closely related to it. The air transportation is well known for its safety, quickness, convenience and excellent door-to-door service, which just meet the basic requirements of modern logistics. Meanwhile the developing logistics also provides a potential market for the air transportation that is more promising than ever before. As China become the member of WTO and global economic become more integrative, our air transportation industry will face the hardest competition than ever. So, the study of airfreight development strategy in our country is very important to the future of our aviation logistic industry, then we will be more powerful in the competition. Thus, we must digest， improve and absorb the achievements of foreign logistic theories and practices，find the common rule from numerous successful cases, and master the general mechanism of logistics industry. Besides, according to the reality of China, we should develop some feasible logistic management and operational methods as guidelines for Chinas logistics industry. Based on the background of modern logistic development, the paper clarifies the forming mechanism of logistic, logistic alliance and TPL with all kinds of theories, studies the forming of modern logistic industry. Then we advance some basic theories and methods of logistic system construction and management innovation under our aviation logistics environment. Finally, we give some suggestion of development for aviation logistic enterprises to merge into modern logistics. Key words: logistics； air transportation； mechanism 第1章绪论
