摘要： 目的：对康艾注射液辅助治疗鼻咽癌的临床疗效、毒副作用和药物经济学评价。 方法：取某三甲医院康艾注射液辅助治疗鼻咽癌患者进行回顾性队列研究，共纳入符合 研究条件的鼻咽癌患者217例，其中121例合并使用康艾注射液治疗,96例未使用，两组基线 差别无统计学意义。 结果：治疗后，康艾组瘤体缩小的有效率为32.2%,与非康艾组35%比较，差别无统计 学意义(P=0.333)；两组治疗后白细胞计数均明显下降，但治疗后康艾组与非康艾组间差别无 统计学意义(P=0.598 X康艾组放化疗后呕吐、头晕、精神不佳发生率分别为19.0%、9.1% 和2.5% ,明显低于非康艾组34.4%、18.8%、11.5%。康艾组药品费用较高，但两组住院总 费用差别则无统计学意义(P=0.703)；考虑社会劳动成本，两组总成本相比无统计学意义 (P=0.689 i康艾组能减轻治疗呕吐、头晕和精神不佳症状，成本-效果更优。 结论：康艾注射液对鼻咽癌化疗引起的毒副反应有一定的改善效果。 关键词：康艾注射液；鼻咽癌；疗效；毒副作用；成本■效果比 Abstract: Objective To evaluate the curative effects and pharmacoeconomics of Kangai injection on Nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods An retrospective cohort study was employed on 217 cases of sufiered from nasopharyngeal carcinoma? According to the inclusion criteria, there are 217 patients who suffered from nasopharyngeal carcinoma ,and 121 were divided into Kangai group” while the other in^non-Kangai group. Results No sign ifica nt difference between two groups in baseline was found? After treatment , the efficiency of the reduction of tumor size in two groups were 32.2% and 38.5% respectively , and not significant(P=0.333). Leukocytes were significantly decreased by treatment in both of the two groups; however, no significant diflerence was found? The incidence rates of vomiting, dizziness, poor spirit were 19%, 9.1% and 2.5% respectively in Kangai group, which significantly lower than the non-Kang ai group of 34.4%, 18.8%, 11.5%? Drug cost is higher in Kangai group, but no significant differences between two groups in total cost of hospitalization (P=0.703). Considering the social cost of labor, total costs of two groups had no statistical significance (P=0.689). Conclution : Kangai can reduce side effect of vomiting, dizziness and depression induced by radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and cost-efiectiveness is better.
