药事管理学论文 论文题目 影响温江居民对某药房满意度的 因素分析与对策建议 专业年级 工商管理2009级2班 学生姓名 杨霞、罗娅利、蒋苛、周阳、罗晓俊、 黄雪峰、彭奕伟、王欢、杨惠、闫璐 所属学院 管理学院 二O—一年十一月十七日填 摘要 目的面对日益激烈的市场竞争，越来越多的药品零售企业发现，了 解地区消费者药品消费习惯，定期对顾客做满意度调研是保持和改进企业的关 键。通过顾客满意度调查，药品零售企业可以发现提升自身服务品质的机会，从 顾客的意见和建议中寻找解决顾客不满的针对性方法，从而更好的为顾客服务。 此次研究选择温江区某药房，通过自行设计问卷，对温江居民进行抽样调查，并 运用文献分析法查找多方资料，结合对药店人员的访谈，了解该药房目前的经营 状况，进行影响因素分析，提出采取相应对策，希望为该药房改善日后的经营状 况提供可参考的意见和建议。 关键词：药房满意度 因素分析 对策建议 Abstract Object To face up the increasingly fierce competition of market, more and more pharmaceutical retail enterprises through customers satisfaction survey to maintain the habits of consumer ,which is the key to improve enterprise . Through customer satisfaction survey, drug retail enterprises can find to upgrade their service quality, from the customers opinion and the suggestion for solving customer dissatisfaction targeted method, so as to better service to customers. This research chooses Wenjiang area pharmacies, through self-designed questionnaire, the inhabitants of Wenjiang conducted a sample survey, and the use of literature analysis to find more information, based on the pharmacy staff interviews, understanding of the pharmacy is currently operating conditions, for factors analysis, put forward to take corresponding countermeasures, hope for the improvement of future operating conditions to provide pharmacy can refer to the views and suggestions.
