弯弓消失模串铸工艺的设计与研究 2013 年 5 月 15 S 弯弓消失模串铸工艺的设计与研究 摘要 消失模是现在铸造工艺中兴起的一种精确成型铸造方式。本文开篇介绍了消 失模工艺及其在国内外的发展史，和串铸工艺的基本阐述。通过对小型铸件的生 产率需求分析，并结合消失模铸造串铸工艺中存在的部分缺点，想出通过模具的 制造来优化串铸工艺，本论文主要通过弯弓模具设计及制造的整个过程来说明消 失模铸造串铸工艺在模具设计时应注意的问题及其优化，消失模铸造串铸工艺和 模具的铸造的结合是木次研究的一个亮点。 消失模铸造的串铸工艺的简单优化是木研究的另外一个重点。消失模串铸工 艺在后期的铸件脱落和打磨一直是比较繁琐的工作量，本文通过在内浇道上设置 小型的“V”型槽，来简单化铸件的后处理；其次白模模簇的固定也需要其他辅 助工艺来优化。 关键词：消失模；串铸工艺；模具制造 The Cluster casting technique of bow Lost Foamcasting process design and research Abstract Lost Foam Casting (LFC) is a kind of accurate shaping rising in casting technology This article first introduced the mold process and its history of development, both at home and abroad, and casting process. Through the demand analysis to the small castings productivity, and combined with the Lost Foam string of some shortcomings existing in the casting process, conceived by mould manufacturing to optimize the casting process, this paper mainly through the bow the whole process of mold design and manufacturing of Lost Foam Casting process in the mold design should pay attention to the problem and its optimization, Lost Foam Casting process and die casting is one of the highlights of the study. The string of Lost Foam Casting process simple optimization is another focus of this study. Evaporative pattern casting process in later casting off and grinding has been relatively tedious work, this article through setting small, sprinkle on the nVn type of groove, to simplify casting post-processing; Second foam pattern cluster also need other auxiliary cluster process to optimize.
