本科论文 摘 要 由于建筑行业的危险性，虽然各级部门的施工管理人员做了大量的尝试性工作试图阻止建筑施工事故的产生，但受到我国建筑业综合生产水平的制约与伤亡的随机性，安全事故仍是难以根治。如果说建筑安全事故避无可避，那么只有让监管部门在事故诞生之际就展开行动，才能让我们避免因事故发生而造成的人员经济伤害和其他财产损失。想要避免损失，企业只有在事故发生前制定相对的应急预案，才能及时有效的开展应急行动。鉴于我国应急预案工作处于新生之始，绝大部分监理部门和施工单位的安全应急管理预案都不够完善，内容有待补充精进。现本人根据GBT29639-2013《生产经营单位安全生产事故应急预案编制导则》，创作本篇论文。 关键词：建筑企业；事故原因；应急预案 Abstract The construction industry is one of the dangerous industries. Although the construction managers at all levels have done a lot of work to prevent accidents, but due to the uncertainty of accidents and the limitation of the current productivity level of the construction industry, casualty accidents are still difficult to stop. Since the occurrence of the accident is inevitable, the construction enterprises should carry out effective emergency rescue actions at the critical moment of the accident, so as to avoid or reduce the personal injury and property loss caused by the accident. In order to ensure the timely and effective implementation of rescue operations, enterprises should formulate corresponding emergency plans before the accident. Due to the short development time of emergency plan in China, most of the emergency plans of construction enterprises have some problems, such as weak pertinence, poor operability, incomplete coverage, poor connection and poor readability. According to GTB29639-2013 guidelines for the preparation of emergency plans for work safety accidents in production and business operation units, combined with my own experience, this paper discusses several problems that should be paid attention to in the preparation of emergency plans for work safety accidents in construction enterprises, in order to play a role of casting bricks and attracting jade.
