本科论文 摘 要 高校图书馆是高等院校为师生提供各类学科知识的地方，通过大量的纸质文献资料直观地传播文化精神。馆内的书桌板凳多数为木质材料，与书刊报纸等共同形成极大的火灾荷载，且图书馆人员较多，流动性大，如果发生火灾，火灾扑救难度非常大，短时间内无法将人员全部安全疏散。 本文针对图书馆火灾的特点，采用安全检查表法对图书馆火灾危险有害因素进行了辨识，从人员因素、设备因素、环境因素和管理因素四个方面建立了图书馆火灾危险性评价指标体系，采用层次分析法对图书馆火灾的危险性进行定量分析，并根据危险性分析结果有针对性地提出整改措施，为将来系统制定有效预防措施和提高管理水平提供依据，同时也可把系统中存在的事故风险率把控在可接受范围内，有效地降低火灾事故发生率。 关键词：高校图书馆；火灾；安全评价；安全检查表；层次分析法  Abstract The university library is the place where the university provides all kinds of subject knowledge for the teachers and students of the University. Most of the desks and benches in the library are made of wood materials, which together with books, newspapers, etc. form a great fire load, and there are many librarians with great mobility. Once there is a fire, it will be more difficult to put out the fire, so it is impossible to evacuate all the people in a short time. According to the characteristics of the library fire, this paper makes a safety evaluation on the dangerous and harmful factors of the library, comprehensively analyzes the risk of the library fire, obtains the weight and priority level of each hidden danger, and then puts forward the rectification measures according to the data, so as to provide a basis for the system to formulate effective preventive measures and improve the management level in the future, at the same time, it can also put the existing The accident risk rate should be controlled within the acceptable range to effectively reduce the fire accident rate.
