本科论文 PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 大型商场是城市繁荣的象征，它可以为人们提供购物的需求。但现在的商场与以往传统的商场不同，在这个网络信息时代，随着电商和代购行业的发展，出现越来越多的购物方式，人们更倾向于网络购物，于是大型商场也开始转型，现在的大型商场不仅仅能购物，而是增加了许多休闲娱乐、教育培训、大大小小的美食餐厅、网红打卡的场所。像这种人员密集，营业时间久，用电量高，装修复杂美观的商场极易发生火灾事故。一旦大型商场发生火灾事故，会有大量人员伤亡，对经济造成巨大的损失，形成及其恶劣的社会影响。 本文以沈阳市一方广场为研究对象，通过分析国内外商场火灾案例，结合一方广场的建筑特点，建立火灾发生的起火、初期增长、充分发展和逐渐减弱四个阶段的事故树，分析火灾事故的危险有害因素，并根据事故树得到的基本事件，建立火灾危险指标体系即火灾危险源、建筑防火系统、消防设施、消防安全管理、消防综合能力并根据指标体系编写专项安全检查表，对一方广场火灾危险的每一项进行检查并对五个危险指标体系进行打分再与相对应的权重相乘再相加，得到一方广场的总得分，对其存在的危险性评价分析，提出针对性建议，为今后的消防安全管理提供一定的参考。 关键词：大型商场；火灾；危险性评价；事故树；安全检查表 Abstract A large shopping mall is a symbol of the prosperity of a city. It can provide people with the need to buy things. But todays shopping malls are different from the traditional shopping malls in the past. In this information age, with the development of the Internet and the increase of E-commerce, people are more inclined to shop online, so large-scale shopping malls are also starting to transform.
