一、教学目标
1. Language knowledge:
To be able to mater the following words or phrases: arm, arm in arm, body, finger, foot, foreign, hold, leg, mouth, move, not at all, polite
2. Language skills:
To understand the passage concerning body language and learn more about the differences in body language in different countries.
3. Learning strategies:
To be able to understand the culture of boy language in different countries.
4. Cultural awareness:
To be able to use correct body language when meeting foreigners.5. Emotional attitude:
To be able to share some skills with classmates, and to love English more.
二、学情分析
1. 知识基础:
学生在小学阶段已经学过有关身体部位的单词以及祈使句的初步知识,所以在本课中,身体部位的单词不做重点讲解,但会以填图的方式进行复习并补充新的词汇。语言知识重点放在对祈使句应用语境和所表达的意义的理解上,然后启动学生主动学习的机制,让他们尝试用祈使句来恰当地表达自己的建议和要求。本课将通过阅读使学生关注包括身势语在内的语言在国际交流中的重要性,并通过对阅读技巧skimming,careful reading等学习提高阅读效率。
2. 心理及技能特点:
七年级学生虽然总体上朝气蓬勃,精神健康向上,但是进入初中后,课程增加,书变厚了,作业量加大,各科都有较高要求。不少学生在学业上都多了几分焦虑。所以针对此年龄段学生的心理特点,在设计教学过程中,我运用了合作学习法,通过小组合作学习与同伴阅读的方式来提高学生的学习信心和学习热情,学生在与伙伴的探讨合作的过程中,不但释放了焦虑感,交往能力也得到增强。
3. 学习需求:
运用准确的身势语反映对不同国家的文化的尊重,形成文化认同感,为学生今后在国际场合中做出得体的表现打基础,学生知识储备缺乏的矛盾构成了本模块的“学习需要”。
三、教学重点:

七、教学过程:
Step 1Warming-up
Lead the students to say some words they’ve already known about our body. Then match the words: P68-1.
目的:老师利用肢体语言吸引学生,激活学生对身体部位词汇的原有积累,学习新词汇。
T: Look at the screen. What can you see?
