[Abstract] Objective This study mainly analyzes the relationship between microangiopathy and average platelet volume (MPV), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), platelet alpha protein (CD62P) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) indexes in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 94 patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized in the hospital from April 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the observation group. According to the presence or absence of microvascular disease, the patients were divided into a disease group of 43 cases and a disease-free group of 51 cases. In the same period, 94 cases without type 2 diabetes physical examination were selected as the control group. Using different detection instruments to record MPV, hs-CRP, CD62P and HbAlc index of the enrolled subjects, and statistical analysis was performed. Results The MPV, hs-CRP, CD62P and HbAlc indexes of the observation group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05); the MPV, hs-CRP, CD62P and HbAlc indexes of the disease group were higher than that of the non-lesion group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); MPV in the observation group was positively correlated with CD62P, HbA1c and hs-CRP indicators(P0.05). Conclusion The relationship between microangiopathy and MPV, hs-CRP, CD62P and HbAlc indexes in type 2 diabetes patients is closely related to early detection and treatment.
[Key words] Type 2 diabetes; MPV; hs-CRP; CD62P; HbAlc
