PAGE 12 海南航空公司危险品运输管理体系研究 摘 要：危险品运输的意外情况随着航空运输危险品数量的不断增加而增加。为提高危险品运输安全管理水平，中国民航局提出了危险品运输安全管理体系的相关概念要求，同时加强了危险品运输安全管理、落实了危险品安全管理制度，提高了对危险货物运输安全的认识、认真贯彻风险货运风险管理体系。为达到科学有效地执行航空公司的危险品运输安全管理体系的目的，本文详细介绍了危险品运输安全管理存在的问题。本文以海南航空公司为例，详细介绍其危险品航空运输安全管理的现状、加深对安全管理问题的认识、提出解决问题的系统方法，深刻分析危险品运输安全管理的环节，期望可以进一步完善危险货物运输的安全管理体系，从而提升危险品运输的安全性。 关键词：危险品运输；安全风险； 海南航空公司；安全管理体系 Research on the management system of dangerous goods transportation of Hainan Airlines Abstract： The unexpected situation of dangerous goods transportation increases with the increasing number of dangerous goods transported by air. In order to improve the safety management level of dangerous goods transportation, CAAC puts forward the relevant concept requirements of the safety management system of dangerous goods transportation, strengthens the safety management of dangerous goods transportation, implements the safety management system of dangerous goods, improves the awareness of the safety of dangerous goods transportation, and earnestly implements the risk management system of dangerous goods transportation. In order to carry out the safety management system of dangerous goods transportation scientifically and effectively, this paper introduces the problems in the safety management of dangerous goods transportation in detail. Taking Hainan Airlines as an example, this paper introduces the current situation of safety management of dangerous goods air transportation, deepens the understanding of safety management problems, puts forward systematic methods to solve the problems, deeply analyzes the links of safety management of dangerous goods transportation, and expects to further improve the safety management system of dangerous goods transportation, so as to improve the safety of dangerous goods transportation.
