中学名师成长规律及培养策略研究 ——以江苏省苏州中学为案例 中文摘要 一个教师从普通教师成长为名师,龙论是对于个人还是社会都有重大意义。本文 以江苏省苏州屮学为案例学校,研究名师成长的规律及培养策略。名师的成长,一?般 都要经历适应阶段、熟练阶段、成长阶段、徘徊阶段,然后才能“成名”“成家” O 在这个成长过程屮,激发其成长的内在动因非常重要。名师培养就是要采取自估专业 素质、自定行动H标、自报行动项FI、口设行动方案、口寻行动指导、口省行动过程 等基本策略。名师的成功,需要具有不同于普通教师的人格特征和师德修养。名师成 长的过程,是敬业精神形成并发挥作用的过程,是教育教学索质不断提高和更新结构 的过程,是一个不断学习、不断实践、不断创造的过程。校本名师培养策略,可以采 用FI标导向、外置评价、专业引领、阶梯发展等策略;学校要为名师的成长建构良好 的物化环境、心理环境、人际环境、制度环境和管理环境。实践证明,引路子、厚底 子、架梯子、压担子、设台子是校本名师培养的有效方法。同吋,要坚持名与实的统 一,专业素养与非专业素养的统一,坚持部分与整体的统一,坚持主动发展和学校促 进的统一,坚持结果和过程的统一,坚持教育和教学的统一。 关键词:名师、成长规律、培养策略、苏州屮学 作 者:丁琦 指导教师:单强 A Study on Principles of growth and development Strategies of experienced and well-known educators in High Schools A Case Study of Suzhou High School of Jiangsu Province Abstract The growth of an educator toward the experienced and well-known has both individual and social impact. The success requires distinctive personalities and training that others lack. The accomplishment is the result of dedication, learning and hard-working. Typically the process consists of 5 stages: adaptation, proficiency, further improvement, bottleneck and finally success. It is crucial to cultivate self-motivation in all these stages. The basic strategy is to encourage educators to evaluate themselves properly, set their goals by themselves, report their projects promptly, adjust their plans, seek advice and work proactively. The school should help educators with their goal-seeking, provide external evaluation, lead their development and set stage goals. In the meanwhile, the school should also provide logistics and maintain an environment that helps psychological development and social networking? It has been proved by practice that guidance by the school, knowledge accumulation, school assistance, competition and school platform are all effective means to help the growth of educators.
