Safety Self Inspection Report 安全自查报告 After hotel safety meeti ng held on 13 Mar. 2008, ENG con ducted a self in spection for all pla nt rooms and workshops covered areas, the exist ing problems and rectificati on no tes as below: 2008年 3月13日酒店安全工作会议结束后工程部对所属区域所有工作间和机房进行了一 次自检，其存在问题和整改结果如下： Water pump room and duty room on ly keep one line light ing whe n n obody there to save en ergy. 水泵房和水泵值班室为了节能在无人值守时只留一路照明灯。 Daily inspection for pump room water tank cover locks and water level tags should be scheduled with proper log book recorded. 水泵房水箱盖锁和水位标识必须每天检查一次并有记录。 Switch distributi on box in pump room to be clea ned. 水泵房电箱须清洁。 Storage in the tria ngle area outside gen erator room to be cleared. 发电机房外三角区杂物需清理。 Embedded socket on the wall of HV Switch room n eed to add white cover. 咼压配电房内墙面上暗装底盒需加白盖板。 All fire ext in guishers in pla nt rooms and workshops must add in spect ion card and checked each month accordi ngly. 各机房和工作间的每个消防灭火器都必须配置检查卡，每月必须例行检查。 The dust on the vent of Laundry drying mach ine duct must be clea ned each day, and the duct on the pla nts should con tact with HSKP to clea n. 洗衣房门口烘干机抽风管道百叶风口的棉尘必须每天清理。 植物上的棉尘须联系管家 部清理。 Storage on the AHU room in west car park to be cleared and this room should be locked. 西边停车场风机房杂物需清理，并上锁。 The property bull headsi n Hazard Storeroom are in flammable materials ,n eed to con tact with Union to remove. 危险品仓库的牛头道具属易燃品，需联系工会移走。 Paints in paint room to be moved to Hazard Storeroom. 油漆房油漆需移至危险品仓库。 All the above problems already rectified except the property of union we will follow up tomorrow. 以上问题除工会的道具没有移出危险品仓库，需明天继续跟进外其余问题全部整改完 毕。 欢迎下载交流! 【最新资料，WORD文档，可编辑修改】
