摘要 摘 要 淮安市位于江苏省的中北部，江淮平原的东部，古淮河与京杭大运河的交点， 江淮流域古文化的发源地之一。因为是江苏北部重要中心城市，厚重的历史文化 和南京都市圈紧密圈层城市，让淮安市的教育现状越来越受人关注。2011年国 家颁布实施 《全日制义务教育音乐课程标准》以后，市教育局对音乐教育方面也 给了很大的关注。国家提出了对音乐教育更高的要求，淮安市各部门也积极配合， 开展了各项有助于淮安市初中音乐教育的工作，教学内容、教学组织的形式、教 学的方法、教学的手段等方面的变化令人惊喜。课堂出现了师生互动、平等参与、 教师不在为主体的画面。但与此同时也存在着一些诸如资金投入、教师专业素质 等方面的问题，这些问题严重阻碍了淮安市初中音乐教学的更高层次的发展，应 该引起我们的高度的重视。 本文先从淮安市的地理位置、历史文化、音乐教育发展情况出发，对淮安市 的17所中学进行走访问卷调查，采用了抽样调查法、问卷法、谈话法、统计与 分析法、比较研究法等方法。对淮安市初中音乐教学现状进行了调查与统计，分 别从初中生和音乐教师的角度，围绕音乐教学做进一步的探讨分析。就调查结果 显示的相关问题，提出针对性的解决方法，以便为实际应用提供有效的参考意见， 主要体现在音乐教师、学校、课堂教学、开发地方课程资源这四个方面，结合自 己的调查和平时的积累，得出自己的心得与启示。 关键词：淮安市，初中音乐教育，现状与问题，思考与建议 I Abstract Abstract Huaian city located in north Central of Jiangsu province, and the east of the Jianghuai plain, and the intersection between ancient Huaihe and the Grande Canale. It was one of the cradles of the ancient culture of Yangtze River Valley. Because it was an important central city in northern Jiangsu with rich historical culture and it was closely surrounded by Nanjing metropolitan its educational status became an ， increasing concern. After the issuing of “music curriculum standards for full time compulsory education” of China in 2011,city Board of education had also given great attention to music education. The state had raised higher requirements for music education, so Huaian departments also actively cooperated to launch the work which was beneficial to the junior high school music education in Huaian city.
