摘要 摘 要 关于虚拟学习社区中绩效评价的研究正处于萌芽阶段，国内外相关研究文献较少，部 分只是在虚拟学习社区的相关研究中略有提到，缺乏系统性的理论体系，相关实践应用也 很少。相关评价多集中于在线学习平台硬件相关功能的评价，而有关绩效评价的相关内容 却很少提及，也没有明确评价指标的形成。 本研究首先对绩效评价、绩效评价系统、虚拟学习社区等相关概念的内涵和外延进行 了充分的解读。然后开始对虚拟学习社区绩效评价研究做前期准备，分析了虚拟学习社区 三个主要构成部分：主体、客体以及保障机制，接着对虚拟学习社区中成员角色进行解读， 最后总结概括虚拟学习社区绩效评价的影响因素有哪些。 在前部分找出影响绩效因素后，根据逻辑经验法并结合层次结构分析法，细化出影响 虚拟学习社区绩效的各要素，找出明确的测量指标，并根据虚拟学习社区绩效评价指标的 有关设计原则，将虚拟学习社区绩效评价指标体系初步划分为资源与目标定位、技术与界 面设计、交互与凝聚力、社区组织管理这四个层次，制定一个测量量表，进行问卷调查， 然后数据分析，并采用层次分析法来确定虚拟学习社区绩效评价指标的权重，并采用 Cronbachs alpha法以及因子分析法通过SPSS软件对虚拟学习社区评价指标进行信度和 效度的验证。经验证虚拟学习社区绩效评价指标体系对虚拟学习社区是适用、合理的，并 在此基础上，将构建的虚拟学习社区绩效评价体系应用于 《学习科学与技术》中进行实证 分析，先采用加权平均法来进行某同学对 《学习科学与技术》这门在线课程的评价，然后 采用模糊分析法来对 《学习科学与技术》这门在线课程绩效进行整体评价，从而判断 《学 习科学与技术》这门在线课程设计是否成功。最终证明构建的是一个科学有效的绩效评价 指标体系，从而有利于虚拟学习社区这个体系完善，提高社区中教以及学的质量，更好地 促进教学目标的实现。 关键词：虚拟学习社区，绩效，评价指标 I Abstract Abstract The study of the performance evaluation of the virtual learning community is on the embryonic stage, the domestic and foreign related research literature is not so much, a little is just slightly mentioned in the related research of virtual learning community,but the systematic theory system is still lacked and the related practical application is even less.Related evaluation mainly focuses on online learningplatform hardware function evaluation,but the contentson the performanceevaluation arerarelymentioned,andthereisnoclear evaluation index forming.
