摘要 摘 要 随着社会经济的发展，青年群体越发成为城市建设的主力军，贡献着自己的力量。如 何妥善面对青年群体的发展越发成为社会的焦点问题。正所谓长安居大不易，作为接受了 新式教育和网络冲击的青年群体，在城市中工作面临的首要困境便是居住问题。另一方面， 青年群体对于居住环境的要求与其他群体所需求的传统居住环境有所差异。相比来说，青 年人更加在意居住环境的舒适性、社交氛围以及性价比。而在环境与性价相冲突时，青年 群体往往选择前者，可见性价比在青年人选择居住环境时排在最后一位。而长租型青年公 寓就是在这样的大环境下得以长足的发展，随着社会的发展，其根据不同年龄，不同阶层 的人群需求的不同也划分出了不同的经营模式。 作为青年公寓中的长租型青年公寓，它有效的把居住空间与品质生活结合在一起，不 仅在居住环境上满足了青年人的要求，而且在利用室内公共空间的规划上，解决了青年群 体对于居住环境的各种需求，甚至更是为其提供了一站式的服务。长租型青年公寓的公共 空间作为青年群体娱乐、休闲、社交等活动的载体空间，在设计中必然越发凸显出其重要 性,在今后长租型青年公寓室内环境的整体设计上必然占据重要的位置。 文章采用了调查问卷及实地考察的方法，通过分析泊寓长租型青年公寓室内公共空间 的现状，并结合其不足与特点，利用实践与理论研究相结合的方法，对长租型青年公寓室 内公共空间的设计要素进行了印证，从而揭示出室内公共空间环境设计的共性，并由此确 定了本文的研究目标。即依据多学科的交叉研究，以人体工程学、美学、心理学等理论结 合青年群体所具有的特性与共性，探索出室内公共空间设计中的普遍性，为今后长租型青 年公寓室内公共空间的设计提供了一定的理论依据与研究价值。 关键词：青年公寓、室内公共空间、设计 I Abstract Abstract With the socio-economic development, young people increasingly become the main force of urban construction, contribute to their own strength. How to properly face the development of youth groups become more and more the focus of society. As the young people who have accepted thenew education andthe impact ofthenetwork,theprimary dilemma facing thework in the city is the problem of residence. On the other hand, the requirements of the youth community for the living environment differ from the traditional living environment required by other groups. In contrast, young people are more concerned about the comfort of the living environment, social atmosphere and cost-effective. In the event of a conflict between the environment and the price, the youth groups often choose the former, showing that the price is higher than the young people choose to live in the last row.And long-rent type youth apartment is in such a big environment to develop by leaps and bounds, with t
