柱果绿绒蒿提取物的抑菌活性研究 巩江I,路峰2,王卫卫2,倪士峰2 (1.西藏民族学院医学院,陕西 咸阳712082： 2.西北大学生命科学学院，西安710069) 摘要：1=1的研究柱果绿绒蒿全草六种提取物对金黄色匍萄球菌、枯草芽殖杆菌、大肠杆菌 等六种微生物的抑制作用。方法通过体外抑菌实验，采用药敏纸片法，用抑菌圈测定最低 抑菌浓度。结果对于3种细菌而言，绿绒蒿水提部位和醇提部位都冇抑菌作用，其中乙醇 提部位的抑菌作用强，并且金黄色葡萄球菌(17.5mm) 枯草芽砲杆菌(13.5mm) 大肠杆菌 (12.0mm)。其次为右油楼提取物和乙陋提取物。在3种霉菌中，其抑菌效果垠强的是乙 酸乙酯提取物，黑曲禄(18.2mm) 青霍(16.3mm) 根霉(15.2mm)。结论 柱国绿绒蒿 乙醇提取物仃较强抑菌作用，目-乙酹浓度较低时抑制作用更强。绿绒蒿醇提液开发作为天然 生物保鲜剂将具有较好的经济价值和社会效益。 关键词：柱果绿绒蒿；水提；醇提；抑菌活性 中图分类号：R284.2 文献标志码：A Bacteriostasis Research on the Extraction from Meconopsis oliverana Franch? et Prain ex Prain GONG Jiangi, Lu Feng?, Wang Weiwei?, Ni Shifeng? METHODS In vitro experiments, using paper disk method to determine inhibition zone and minimal inhibitory concentration from different extraction parts of the plants? RESULTS The result are follows: the waler extraction parts and ethanol extraction parts both have antibacterial function, the latter has stronger activity and the s(rongest ones at lower density. Staphylococcus aureus (17.5mm) Bacillus subtilis (13.5mm) Bacillus coli (12.0mm)?The follow activity order are the ligroin extractive and the ethylether extrative? Among three rnycetes: the acetidin extractive has the strongest bacteriostasis activity, black mold (18.2mrn) blue mold (16.3mm) head mold (15.2mm) .CONCLUSION The ethanol-extraction of Meconopsis oliverana Franch. et Prain ex Prain have the strongest bacteriostasis activity when the density of ethanol are low.The ethanol extraction have better economic value and social effects if its exoloitation are made in the nearly future?
