泡排剂的应用 徐强 中国石油川庆钻探工程有限公司生产运行处 610051 摘要 在天然气开发过程中，当气井产水时，气藏能量将会降低，逐渐变成间歇井， 甚至因井底严重积液而停产。泡沫排水采气是一种经济性高、 效率高、施工方便 的排水采气技术。泡沫排水也存在很大的局限性，它一般受井深、井温、及产层 水质的矿化度等多种条件的限制。 本文针对不同油田的地层水矿化度、 温度等情 况，通过实验选择有效的泡排剂以维护天然气井的正常生产； 通过实验测试泡排 剂在不同环境下的适应能力和各种性能以满足天然气开采的需要。 研究结果表明 泡排剂在不同矿化度的水样中以及不同的温度下其效果不一致， 相对来说，泡排 剂CT5-2的性能更稳定，效果更明显。 关键词：气井泡排剂泡沫排水机理 Application of foam scrubbing agent foam scrubbing agent XUQIANG Manufacture operation department of CNPC ChuanQing Drilling and exploration Co,ltd 610051 ABSTRACT While being spirit well to produce water in the n atural gas the developme nt the process, the spirit hides energy and will lower, become intermittent well gradually and eve n stops product ion becausethe well bottom seriously accumulates a liquid.
