原水质量监控计划 目的 / Purpose: 确保原水质量符合可乐公司和当地饮 用水要求。 To ensure raw water quality use in manufacturing packaged products consistently meet Company Specifications and local requirement. 范围/ Scope 适用范围包括所有可乐公司认可的饮料厂和代加工厂 。 This is applied to all franchised beverage plants and authorized co-packers. 责任 / Resp on sibility: 中国区/ Division 确保所有可乐公司认可的饮料厂包括代加工厂按要求进行原水质量检查和监控。 En sure beverage pla nt con duct raw water quality an alysis and mon itori ng. 确保在认可过程中的饮料厂包括代加工厂按要求进行原水质量检查，并确认结果符 合可乐公司和当地要求后才能进行试生产。 Ensure each new beverage plant including co-packers carryout water analysis to meet local regulati on before authoriz ing commercial producti on. 饮料厂 和代^卩工厂 / Beverage Plant including co-packer 按要求进行原水质量检查和监控 Execute this requireme nt. 采取即时的更正行动以确保原水质量持续符合要求 Take immediate corrective action to ensure water quality monitor system is effective. 若发现不符合项，必须立刻知会中国区品控部 Inform Divisio n QA if non-con forma nee found. 各装瓶厂应负责各自代加工厂遵守此文件的要求。 Each bottling plant must take responsibility to ensure that own co-packer follows the requirement in this document. 要求 / Requirement: (1)认可过程中 的饮料厂 和代加工厂/ New beverage plant including co-packer 1.1负责送原水给可乐公司中国区指定的政府认可化验室进行水质化验 (详见附表 Send raw water to recognized government lab to carry out water analysis (See attachment-1). 1.2检测项目按可乐公司中国区 提供之附表二执行(综合中国饮用水和可乐公司耍求 之测项目)° Testing parameters follow the list provided by Division QA. It is consolidated Company Specifications and China government requirement for drinking water standards. (See attachment-2) 1.3提交检测报告给可乐公司中国区认可前，不准进行试生产可乐公司产品。 Submit test report to Division QA for approval, or no commercial production is allowed.
