However, with the continuous development, enterprises suffer from various internal and external constraints, among which enterprise financial management is a content that can not be underestimated. Under various restrictive conditions, many enterprises can not give full play to the advantages of financial management, so their ability to resist risks becomes weak, making the development of enterprises slower, and even the life of enterprises greatly shortened. In this situation, the financial management of enterprises is deeply ana’lyzed and discussed. Taking Shanghai Shukai Rubber as the main research object, this paper probes into the specific problems of the companys financial management. Firstly, the paper proposes the problems of Shanghai Shukai Rubber in the enterprises financial management.
