河南小型面粉加工企业经营策略研究 毕业论文（设计） 题U：河南小型面粉加T企业经营策略研究 系部名称：经济管理系专业班级：工商072 学生姓名：学号： 指导教师：范捷 教师职称：副教授2013年5月26日 中国商学院毕业论文（设计） 摘要 河南省是农业人省，其小麦的年产暈稳居全国前茅，是有着天然优势的粮仓之省。但省 内的血粉加T企业的发展却不尽人意。在省内的血粉加工企业屮，屮小型血粉加T企业占 河南总血粉加工企业的70%左右。因此屮小型血粉加工企业发展的状况，代表着河南血 粉加工行业得整体水平。然而当前的绝人部分小型血粉加工企业根木就没令经营策略，在 经营策略方血还是一片空门，史不了解它的重要性及意义。企业经营策略是指为了实现企 业的日标，在分析外部坏境和内部条件的基础上，在竞争屮求生存争发展做岀的较长时期 的总体性的谋划与对策，对企业未來的发展和定位起着关键的作用。因此，研究河南的小 型血粉加工企业的经营策略，使H前处于小、舌L、散的小型血粉加工企业令一个良好的发 展方向，最终使河南的小型面粉加T企业越办越好，使其成功的经营策略推广向全国乃至 ttt界各地。 木文主要运用客观理论研究法和图表分析法，阐述了河南省小型而粉加丁企业发展的现 状，深入分析了河南小型血粉加T企业存在的问题，并提出了对策和建议，构建了河南小 型血粉加工企业今后发展的基木框架，得出了河南小型血粉加T企业今后的发展应该实行 差异化、网络化、品牌化等经营策略的结论。关键字：屮小型面粉企业，经营策略，硏 究I 屮国商学院毕业论文（设计） The Research on Business Strategy of Small Flour Processing Enterprises in Henan Abstract Henan is a big agricultural province and has a nature advantsge. The output of the wheat ranks the best. However, barn flour processing enterprises， development is not very good. The small and medium-sized flour processing enterprises occupy of about 70% in Henan. Therefore, the development of small and medium-sized flour processing enterprise, represents the overall level in flour processing industry of Henan, and a1 so interconnect governments and peoples heart. The current majority smal1 flour processing enterprises basically have no business strategies, even do not relise its importance and meanings.
