海关清关助力卓越演示菲同一般海关清关1.案例背景 货物到达目的港后，要进行海关清关。清关（Customs Clearance）即结关，习惯上又称通关，是指进口货物、出口货物和转运货物进入一国海关关境或国境必须向海关申报，办理海关规定的各项手续，履行各项法规规定的义务；只有在履行各项义务，办理海关申报、查验、征税、放行等手续后，货物才能放行，货主或申报人才能提货。 该案例是继前文案例空运询价信后货代与承运人之间的一封邮件，从前文可知，该批货物的支付条件是DAP（delivered at place），即目的地交货，是指卖方已经用运输工具把货物运送到达买方指定的目的地后，将装在运输工具上的货物（不用卸载）交由买方处置，即完成交货。DAP 目的地交货至指定地点，不含卸货，不含进口清关费用；DAP 不承担卸货费，通关费可协商；如果要让发货人承担通关费，应使用DDP价格术语。该案例中通关费是卖方承担的。海关清关2.邮件原件Dear Lilian,pls. note shipment has arrived yesterday late in the evening, we have received the documents today in the morning.We have a little problem with the customs entry.
