中美企业融资策略比较研究 ——中美中小企业融资策略比较研究 A Study o f Chinas enterprise s and the United Sta tesenterp rises ChinaUnited States— A C omparative ofs SME s andon SMEs 摘要：一个国家的经济稳定持续增长离不开数量众多的中小企业，特别是 在稳定经济、吸纳就业、出口创汇和提供社会服务等方面，中小企业的作用是 不可或缺的。改革开放以来，中国中小企业已成为国民经济中不可忽视的力量。 但是由于我国市场经济体制尚不成熟，中小企业在经营中遇到了各种各样的 困扰，其中资金 融通困难是一个普遍存在的问题，中小企业融资难的问题不 是中国所特有。在美国，这种经济现象同样存在，所不同的是，美国政府有一 套市场化措施支持中小企业融资。本文通过对中美两国中小企业的融资环境及 途径的研究对比发现我国中小企业的发展状况耳美国相比，相距甚远，研究美 国中小企业的融资模式对解决我国现存的中小企业融资困境具有一定的参考价 值。 关键词：中美小企业；融资模式；经济 Ab stract: A countrys economic s tability a nd sustain ed growth can not be separated from a la rge number of small and medium -sized ent erprises,in particu laG the r oleof SME s is essen tial in st abilizing the econom y, creatin g jobs, ex port ear ni ngs and pr oviding so cial servi ces ?
