国外有关资本结构的文献综述 YANG Bei School of Management, Xi5an Jiaotong University, P.R.China, 710049 摘要：本文对国外资本结构研究的文献进行了整理和回顾,不仅回顾了资本结构研究的演进, 即静态权衡理论、融资优序理论、择机理论、惰性理论，以及动态资本结构理论等5个主要阶段, 而且分析了资本结构的定义，并从代理问题和控制权转移、制度环境、宏观经济和资产专用性角 度回顾了资本结构的影响因素、决定过程，以及资本结构对公司绩效、产品/投入品市场、股东 财富、公司盈利性四方面的影响。 关键词：资本结构、代理问题、控制权转移、制度环境、资产专用性 Abstract: The paper reviewed the extant literature in capital structure?
