PAGE PAGE 19 摘 要 近几年来保健食品行业快速发展，促使其在国民经济中的份额越来越重要，随着国民对健康的刚性需求，保健食品对市场经济和国民的影响也越来越大。21世纪以来，保健食品行业在发展过程中遇到越来越多的困难和挑战。保健食品行业上市公司要获得更多的市场份额、赢得较大的发展空间，就必须要提高自身的营运效率，改变之前的管理和营运模式，深度挖掘企业自身的资源和潜力，重塑企业的市场核心竞争力，实现企业最大价值化。 本论文以企业的营运能力指标为切入点，通过将营运能力理论与案例分析相结合，首先，本文梳理并阐述与营运能力有关的概念和指标；其次，本文将浙江省保健食品的发展现状进行简单介绍，并系统分析和总结其三年以来在营运能力指标方面的情况，深层次地挖掘出企业资本管理中存在问题和影响因素；最后，针对出现的问题给出了一定的结论和建议。文章具有非常良好的现实指导价值，希望能够对保健品企业提高营运能力，降低企业融资成本，增强企业市场竞争力提供帮助和借鉴。 关键字：营运能力；保健食品行业；上市公司 Abstract In recent years,the health food industry has developed rapidly,which has promoted the rapid development of the health food industry in recent years,and promoted its share in the national economy to become more and more important.The development of health food often involves a variety of industries.With the rigid demand for health,the impact of health food on the market economy and the nation is also growing.Since the 21st century,the health food industry has encountered more and more difficulties and challenges in the process of development.To gain more market share and more development space,listed companies in Zhejiang health food industry must improve their own operating efficiency, change their previous management and operation mode,deeply tap their own resources and potential,and reshape their core competitiveness in the market. To maximize the value of enterprises. From the point of view of the index analysis of operational capacity,this paper combines the theory of operational capacity with practical cases. First of all,this paper combs and expounds the concepts and indicators related to operational capability; Secondly,this paper briefly introduces the current situation of health food development in Zhejiang Province,and systematically analyzes and summarizes the situation of its operating ability index in the past three years,and deeply excavates the existing problems and influencing factors in enterprise capital management. Finally,some conclusions and suggestions are given for the existing problems.T
