基于成本分析的休闲消费决策研究 (上海商学院生态旅游学院，上海200235) 摘要：本文基于休闲消费是闲暇时间消费和商詁消费的复合体的思想，在 传统的工作一休闲模型及新古典效用模型的基础上，探讨休闲消费决策问题。 认为统一于休闲吋间的货币和机会成本是影响消费者决策的关键性因素，分析 得出消费者效用最大化时的静态均衡条件；系统分析了实际非工资性收入和工 资率、其他商品消费、储蓄倾向、不同征收方式的税收对消费者休闲决策的影 响。最后，基于模型计算得到的结果，提出促进居民休闲消费的政策建议。 关键词：休闲消费；机会成本；静态均衡；最优决策 中图分类号:F063.2; F126; F59 Consumer Decision about Leisure Based onCost Analysis (Ecotourism Departments Shanghai Business School, P.R. China, 200235) Abstract: Based on the traditional model of work-and-leisure and one of new classic utility, the paper, taking leisure consumption as the complex one of leisure time and goods, discussed how to make decision about leisure con sum pt io n. At first, it addressed monetary cost and opportunity one, which are all unified by leisure time, are key factors affecting the consumer decision, and analyzed static equilibrium conditions in the case of consumer obtaining utility maximization. Furthermore, lhe paper systematically analyzed lhe influence of actual uneained income wage rale^ other commodity consumption savings tendency and different tax collection approaches on the consumer decision. Fin ally, the paper brought up the policy and suggestio n about how to promote leisure consumption in terms of model-based calculated results? Key words: leisure consumption; opportunity cost; static equilibrium; optimal decision 一、引言 根据2008年国务院颁布的《全国年节及纪念日放假办法》、《职工带薪休假 条例》规定，H前我国居民一?年屮休假Fl超过114天，接近发达国家水平，休闲 日益成为人民生活的一部分，休闲消费已成为为前居民的消费热点之一。 从理论研究来看，国外研究吋间较早，范围较广，涵盖从哲学（Plato, Aristotle； Piepr, 1952； Brightbill, 1963 等）休闲心理学（Csikszentmihalyi and Nakamura, 1990 等）⑵、经济学（Pigou, 1920； Knight, 1921； Robins, 1930； Becker, 1965, 1981； Linder, 1970等）等角度对休闲基本理论,休闲消费和行为的研究,也包 括对休闲产业发展的研究等。伴随休闲口益大众化的趋势，国内关于休闲的研究 也不断深入⑶。近年来国内出现了休闲研究的热潮，大量外文文献的介绍引入（马 惠娣,2000, 2009）,哲学（于光远,1983, 1996；马惠娣,1995, 2001, 2003； 许斗斗，2001）、社会学（王雅琳，2003）等学科首先介入有关休闲方面的探讨, 随后有关休闲经济的研究则主要集屮于休闲产业发展（王琪延，2000；马惠娣， 2001 ；王国新，2001；郑胜华，2001；楼嘉军，2003；石培华等,2010, 2010）、 休闲消费的条件和作用（宋瑞，2005）、休闲消费需求与行为特征等理论与实证 方面（吴必虎,1994；王琪延,1998；
