摘 要
大成盛记”餐饮管理发展有限公司主要以直营加连锁授权经营为主要经营模式。本文对大成盛记餐饮管理发展有限公司的经营模式的盈利能力进行分析,采用定性分析以定量分析作为主要研究方法。以数据拟合和线性回归作为分析手段。在理论研究方面,以餐饮连锁、加盟经营以及持续发展的理论基础作为本文的理论依据,在实证研究方面,通过对大成盛记每一家店面和每个店面的销售营业收入实地调研统计,以及对大成盛记每年新开与升级的门店数量进行统计,进行了数据分析的相关研究;对大成盛记餐饮管理发展有限公司早餐发展现状进行分析,对其在战略转型、顾客群体和消费价格方面的盈利能力,并从店面数量和顾客单价因素两个方面对影响企业盈利能力进行细致分析。

Abstract
This paper mainly studies the profitability of dacheng shengji catering management development co., LTD. Dacheng sheng ji was established in 2004 in shaanxi road, the store area when the opening of more than 40 square meters. After 15 years of development, it has become a chain restaurant enterprise with 70 stores nationwide. There are 41 direct stores and franchise stores in the inner ring of tianjin.
