PAGE II 青岛海天中心建筑工程项目风险管理研究 摘要 建筑工程项目有施工工期长、投资比例大、施工工序复杂等一些不确定性因素。其中风险问题对于企业一直是个薄弱的环节，既会对工程的质量、施工时间长短、成本和效益等造成损失，又会导致建筑工程项目会产生安全质量风险、进度风险等。风险管理对于建筑工程项目来说是非常重要的，因为如果不能及时解决，就会造成更多不必要的亏损。因此我们必须要有更长远的目光去考虑、意识到风险的存在并重视它的存在。经济发展速度与服务、技术、质量等因素不同步的问题一般会存在于市场经济的背面。因此，我们容易忽视。随着当前世界形势的不断复杂变化和我国经济发展的速度越来越快，建筑工程的数量也越来越多,但是建筑工程项目施工的质量安全和成本却经常得不到有效的保障。出现这个问题的主要原因是缺乏管理建筑项目风险的经验。许多公司缺乏对风险管理的理解，也没有充分注意建设项目的风险，这导致了建筑项目中经常出现风险问题。利润遭受了相对严重的损失，对企业的长期发展也产生了更大的负面影响。 本文介绍了对风险管理研究的背景、研究意义以及研究现状，接着在建筑项目风险管理理论的基础上，结合建筑工程项目施工风险管理的特点，对建筑施工项目风险管理做出有效的识别与评价。最后通过案例分析，以青岛海天中心项目为例，做出了风险识别及评价、管理措施。 关键词：建筑工程项目，风险管理，风险识别，风险评价，风险管理措施 Abstract Construction projects have long time limit, large investment, complex construction and other uncertain factors. Among them, the risk problem has always been a weak link for enterprises, that is, it will affect the project quality, time limit, economic benefits, and so on, and will lead to the project safety risk, schedule risk, and so on. If not dealt with in time, will cause more losses. Therefore, risk management is very important for construction projects. We have to think longer term, recognize the risks and take them seriously.
