PAGE IV 管理信息系统技术 在企业管理中的应用研究 摘 要 随着社会经济的快速发展，信息时代已经全面到来，信息技术也得到人们的广泛运用。其中，管理信息系统技术作为一种新兴的主流管理技术，对企业的发展和进步发挥着举足轻重的作用。本文通过调研，采用文献研究法，了解人们对管理信息系统的发展进行了哪些探讨，取得哪些成果。通过比较分析法，分析比较管理信息系统技术中几种主流技术的优缺点，并得出结论：ERP技术是应用最广泛的一种管理信息系统技术。通过案例分析法，深度剖析ERP技术在北京燕京啤酒集团公司管理中应用，着重分析管理信息系统技术存在的问题，并根据问题提出相应的建议来优化企业的管理信息系统，并做出展望，希望充分发挥企业管理信息系统技术的作用，提升企业竞争力，为企业的可持续发展奠定良好的基础。 关键词：管理信息系统技术；企业管理；研究  Abstract With the rapid development of social economy, the information age has come and information technology has been widely used. Among them, management information system technology, as a new mainstream management technology, plays an important role in the development and progress of enterprises. Through investigation and literature research, this paper tries to understand what people have discussed about the development of management information system and what achievements have been made. Through comparative analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of several mainstream technologies are analyzed and compared, and the conclusion is drawn that ERP technology is the most widely used management information system technology. Through case analysis, in-depth analysis of ERP application in Beijing yanjing beer group company management, analyzed problems existing in the management information system, and make a prospect, want to give full play to the role of enterprise management information system technology, promote the competitiveness of the enterprise, for enterprise’s sustainable development to lay the good foundation.
