We had taken a description for this picture at Jason’s class. From the picture, you can see the airplane is airborne, and there is a big turbofan engine in your sight. The engine has a blue cowling, and the forward edge of the engine is argent. The engine connects with the port wing of the airplane，（and the skin of the engine is not complete any more.）. We can find that the engine is disintegrated. The cowling of the engine is partially shed off. We can see the inner components of the engine. We can see some tubes, some wires, some cables, and some electrical panels in the engine. The engine must be shut off, because the connection between engine cowling and wing is partially damaged. If the engine still provides thrust, the engine may disconnect with the wing due to the strong power.(the most possible reason for this incident is the carelessness of maintenance. The cowling of the engine is not firmly fixed at all.) If I encounter this situation, at first, I will shut off the engine and maintain control the airplane. And then, I will report to the ATC my present situation and request divert to the suitable alternative airport(alternate). And then, I must refer to (and complete)the emergency checklist, and complete them. And then, I will try my best to explain this situation to my passengers to keep them calm. Last but not least, I will request emergency services and I will land carefully(with full attention).
