摘 要 现代信息管理中有一项很重要的内容就是合同信息管理，依托于信息技术迅速发展的当下，某单位为提升它的市场竞争力，通过合同信息化管理操作手段来提升单位自身的信息系统工作效率和它的信息系统分析能力，推动本单位的信息化迅速发展。合同信息管理随着计算机技术和信息化技术的发展它自身的管理模式也不断得到完善，同时以合同信息管理为背景的合同信息管理系统功能已不仅仅是简单的增删改查等简单合同管理功能，本文所开发的系统对合同信息进行可视化图表分析、统计，发掘出更有益于某单位发展的数据源从而促进其更高效发展。本文在合同信息管理系统的研究中，以某单位合同信息管理系统为例，对合同信息管理系统进行了详细的分析和设计。 本文在分析中主要采用文献研究法、信息研究方法、关键技术手段，对合同信息管理系统作了全面的分析和研究。首先，明确合同信息管理系统的研究背景，对国内外研究现状进行分析，明确合同信息管理系统的的研究目的及其意义并列出本文的主要研究内容和组织结构；然后，论述信息管理技术在合同信息管理系统中的应用以及实现信息化管理所需要用到的前后端技术；再次，采用需求分析等相关的分析方法分析其项目可行性，包括经济可行性、技术可行性和时间可行性，对用户需求和系统功能需求进行分析；再次，从系统整体架构、系统详细模块和数据库三方面对某单位合同信息管理系统进行全面设计。最后，通过对系统功能模块的实现界面的展示和对系统进行专业功能测试完成整个论文。 本论文结合国内外对合同管理的研究现状，运用信息化管理技术对某单位合同信息管理系统进行设计，利用当下信息管理比较流行的前后端技术完成相关功能的设计，在实际使用过程中，某单位信息管理系统基本符合当下企业电子化合同管理使用准则，本系统使用简单易于上手等特点易于其推广开来，亦有部分不完善之处未来还需要进行改进，该系统的使用对于企业提高合同管理的效率具有重要意义。 关键词 ：信息管理，合同信息管理系统，B/S； Abstract In modern information management, a very important content is contract information management.
