PAGE PAGE 1 高2022级作文训练（四） ——投诉、抱怨信类 投诉信是书信的一种形式，常用于对所遇到的困扰、恶劣的服务态度、劣质的产品等提出抗议和改进建议。其主要特点是内容有理、批评有节、语言简洁有力，即应重点表明投诉的内容和原因，提出切实可行的解决办法。 【写作指导】 投诉信一般采用“三段式”结构： 开头段：首段客观礼貌地引出投诉内容。 常用句式: I am sorry to trouble you but I am afraid that I have to make a serious complaint about…/ I really hate to complain, but one thing is really disturbing now, that is…/ I am writing to bring your attention to the problems I have had with… 主体段：阐述问题发生的经过，给自己带来的负面影响，展开说明投诉的原因。注意内容应充实有理。 主体段一般不拘泥于固定写作模式，注意清楚的阐述问题发生的经过以及带来的不良结果。 结尾段：礼貌地提出改进建议，表达强烈愿望，希望问题得到迅速恰当的处理 常用句式：I think it’s high time that you realized…/ I think you need to take some measures to solve…/ I know that you are not generally careless, but I need your assurance that this will not happen again. / Frankly, I am not prepared to put up with the situation any more. / I would be very grateful if you look into the matter as soon as possible.
