PAGE 22 摘 要 中国的经济发展日新月异，与此同时中国人民对生活质量的要求日益拔高，这刺激着汽车行业的快速成长。但是汽车产业的成长常常伴随着大气污染和石油消耗这两个沉重的话题，如今面对世界能源日益短缺，人民的环境保护意识也在不断增强，国际也将大力发展新能源汽车产业作为社会共识。新能源汽车产业的发展不仅仅只是经济持续健康发展的要求，更是汽车行业在另觅新的发展空间的过程中的重要一环。过去大多数案例分析仅仅根据财务指标来分析公司的经营情况，而公司战略等非财务指标与公司经营是密不可分的，同样对企业的成败起着决定性作用。而传统的财务报表将公司的发展战略、人力资源等非财务指标与财务相关分析割裂开来，并不能做到真正意义上站在战略高度的财务分析。而本文基于战略的视角，对新能源企业产业的佼佼者比亚迪进行分析，一方面从公司的财务报表和从公司所处的行业环境分析了解战略的实施方式，另一方面从所处行业的平均水平和从公司的财务指标来观察实施的情况，将财务报表分析和公司战略相结合。从而，弥补了传统财务报表分析的局限性，并且有助于企业经营者掌握经营发展状况并制定合适自己的发展战略，有助于投资者确定良好的投资策略，对新能源汽车行业企业之后的研究有一定的意义。 本篇文章的研究路径分三步：第一，介绍理论，通过绪论简要说明研究背景、研究意义、国内文献综述以及研究方法内容，并以此为第三步的案例分析做铺垫；第二步是相关理论基础；第三步为案例分析，包括第三章从公司简介、行业环境、SWOT分析、波特五力模型来分析公司的发展战略。第四章，主要是通过对三大财务报表中的财务数据分析来探究企业制定的战略完成情况。第五章，从历史角度和同行业的角度，对公司的财务指标进行分析，了解该公司近几年的战略实施效果。第六章进行公司前景的分析，并对公司以后的发展提出相应的看法。 关键词：比亚迪有限公司 新能源汽车 财务分析 Abstract To analyze the operation of the company, and corporate strategy and other non-financial indicators are inseparable from the operation of the company, also play a decisive role in the success or failure of the enterprise.
